I was super excited to buy this model. Once I received it, I found I could measure only Blood oxygen, and heart rate. I cannot measure blood sugar, BP, ECG, or Body temp, there is no option.
Even automatic collection doesn’t work.
I don’t see the calendar, timer, stopwatch, camera, music, ultraviolet, humidity, pressure.
I have sent out emails 2 times to support, but No one replied, even no acknowledged. There is no other way to contact support or customer service. Either it is a manufacturer defect or software is not good!!!
Even i cannot return. I would love to keep it if i get a fix or i want my money back.

Great little watch
In fairness it took me a couple of days to connect it to my phone because the instructions told you to turn on the watch bluetooth and that is false. You download the app and then in set up mode search for your watch when its next to your phone then it connects automatically. That being said this watch is brilliant and really gives you loads of information on your health. Records heart rate and blood oxygen as well as how many steps you have made each day. Now its set up I am really happy with this watch and look forward to seeing my exercise routine improve.

I deliberately bought the watch as I needed a stopwatch for work.i wear my watch on the left hand. The button to start and stop is on the right but its smack in the middle. This means when I bend my wrist, it touches on the button so any timings is out of the window. I wish I thought about this more and looked for a watch where the button is located at 1pm or something to avoid problem above.In all, the watch is good and worth the money. Too many functions on it that I will not use as Im too old to learn. Cant see why people will want to but an Apple for 8x the amount whne these smart watches does it all

What an outstanding watch, looks good on your wrist
This is a good whatch for the price I can get about 3 to 4 days out of it I can also play music an answer the phone an all the clock faces you can put on it pluss you can up load you own pics to it too simple to use an i can keep an eye on my steps an sleep time which help me track my sleep
